• resolution: 150 - 300 dpi,
• file format: JPG or PDF. Please DO NOT send us files in any other format.
• color mode: CMYK *
* Any images or logos submitted with PANTONE® colors will be converted by a software utility to CMYK color mode. The result may not match your intended colors.
Please also note that, although every effort is made for accurate color reproduction of the original artwork, the colors of the prints may differ slightly from the colors on your monitor, due to your monitor settings.

Please take into consideration that the flat prices below are applicable for graphics design service if NO complicated image editing is required. All additional work (such as image editing, logo re-creation, using stock photos, etc.) is subject to EXTRA charges.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED TO DESIGN YOUR BANNER:
1. Your company logo: Your company logo in lineart form, vector graphic files such as .ai, .eps, .pdf.
If you don't have your logo in those file formats, then please send us a high-resolution (the biggest file you have) JPEG or PNG file.
Please DO NOT send your corporate letterhead as a Microsoft Word file instead.
