FG CANADA uses UPS for all shipping across Canada and for all international shipping.
Please be aware that all shipments will also be subjected to the policies and regulations of UPS.

Please thoroughly review your shipping address in the submitted Order Form.
FG CANADA is NOT responsible for misdirected or misplaced orders caused
by errors in customer's Order Form.

FG CANADA is not liable for shipment lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

All products are inspected for quality assurance before shipping.
FG CANADA guarantees our products to be of good quality and free from
manufacturing defects upon delivery.
If your banners arrive damaged, please notify us by email.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping and insured charges are non-refundable.

The Payment Form for the order will be emailed/faxed to customer once the artwork has submitted and approved for printing.

Payment for new customers is by credit cards only.

We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.

warranty and return policy

FG CANADA warrants this display/banner stand to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This non-transferable, limited warranty is only to you, the first end-user purchaser.

FG CANADA will guarantee that all of our banner stands and displays will be free from defects in material and workmanship when they leave our facility. We cannot be held responsible for problems of any sort; these may include, but are not limited to, the following conditions: negligence, improper handling, improper installation, modifications to original banner stands, abrasion of printed surface due to faulty installation, damage caused by environmental & climatic factors, damage caused by solvent based/abrasive cleaning agents.
FG CANADA does not provide warranty for display systems and banner stands that are not printed and/or assembled by FG CANADA; or the product is repaired or modified, unless such repair and modification is authorized in writing by FG CANADA

Return Policy.

Absolutely no returns accepted on custom order displays, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics.

No returns accepted without prior authorization.

Returns on stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All returns are subject to a 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee.
All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original
packaging for protection.
Returned merchandise received damaged will not be credited.
Customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs.
No credits are issued on shipping costs.

We do not share, sell or otherwise disclose information about our clients to any other party except as required to process and ship the purchases.
